Saint Lucia Day 2013

Kirsten woke up early in the morning to prepare the St. Lucia breakfast for her sisters.

Molly and Emily were in deep dreamland when Kirsten walked in their room. (Molly was dreaming of playing with Bennett.)

"Saint Lucia invites you to breakfast!" Kirsten announced.
Molly woke with a start and screamed, "arghhhhhhh! It's a ghost!" as she threw the blanket over her head.

"Molly, it's just Kirsten, I mean Saint Lucia. Remember she told us yesterday she would be bringing us breakfast in bed? Put your glasses on." Emily reminded Molly as she turned on the light.

"Oh, it is you Kirsten. You look really pretty!"

"Tack Molly! Please have a lussekatter," Kirsten thanked Molly and handed her a delicious Saint Lucia bun. "Thank you so much, it smells delicious!" Molly said as she took a bun.

While Molly and Emily were enjoying their breakfast Samantha came running in wondering what everyone was doing so early in the morning.

"Oh Samantha, I was going to bring your breakfast to you. But since we're all here let's all go to the dining room. I have more treats set up!" Kirsten told her sisters.

"Saint Lucia invites you to breakfast!" Kirsten proclaimed again even louder.

"Wow! Kirsten did you do all this by yourself? It looks wonderful!" Emily said praising her.

"Everything looks so delicious!" Samantha commented.

It was quiet for a bit while everyone devoured the delicious treats.

"ummm.. Kirsten, I'm having some trouble with these, they're all stuck!" Molly said taking a big bite!

"Oh Molly!" Emily and Kirsten giggled.

The girls had a great time enjoying their St. Lucia breakfast thanks to Kirsten.

Happy Saint Lucia Day!!

  1. Hi! I just found your blog and love it.
Do you have any tips for making your scenes look so real? (and good)

    1. Thank you so much!
I usually take real close up pictures and try and make sure the dolls are looking where they are supposed to.
It's hard when I try to get them all looking at the camera because Molly has a downward gaze and Samantha has a side gaze!
And I also try and make sure there's nothing in the background that's not supposed to be there.
      Hope this was helpful! :)
